Welcome to Taichi classes in Hyde Park.
Taichi practice allows you not only strengthen your body and learn to control it, but also harmonizes the internal energy circulation and can make your mind and your inner state more balanced.
In the class we will learn traditional Taichi, which differs from the methodology of modern simplified Taichi.
